I am pleased to inaugurate the website of Nature's Foster because I have worked with them since 1998 when we began the Golden Langur Conservation Project together. Since that beginning I have watched Nature's Foster grow and expand their organization in ways that have strengthened the conservation efforts of western Assam. They have developed many successful methods for involving communities in conservation and the communities have in turn taken roles in protecting the forests near where they live. This website will allow others to learn about what Nature\'s Foster is doing and will help the Assam conservation community to move the region's conservation efforts forward.
